100 Women in Finance Foundation

The 100WF Foundation supports 100 Women in Finance (“100WF”) global and local programs and initiatives, with the intention of empowering women at all career stages. This year’s Cayman Gala proceeds will continue to provide local scholarships and support for local Cayman programs that align with the 100WF vision. The proceeds will also support the design and implementation of the Cayman-based 100WF LaunchMe Mentorship Program. The LaunchMe program is a comprehensive development initiative designed for pre-career women and those who recently transitioned into the workforce, providing access to finance professionals across diverse roles in the financial services industry. Each year, the global program engages over 200 participants, many of whom have expressed how it has profoundly shaped their career journeys and professional development.
