100 Women in Finance will celebrate its 25th Anniversary at the Annual New York Gala.

For 25 years, 100 Women in Finance has honored and elevated women’s leadership across global finance. The New York Gala is a signature celebration of that impact, bringing together industry leaders for an evening of connection, recognition, and purpose.

As one of 100 Women in Finance’s premier fundraising events, the Gala convenes approximately 450 senior professionals. This year’s celebration will feature the annual Americas Industry Leadership Award and three special awards commemorating the organization’s 25th anniversary.

Celebrating Our 2026 Honorees

As 100 Women in Finance celebrates 25 years of impact, the 2026 New York Gala will recognize four exceptional leaders whose achievements, service, and advocacy have strengthened the organization and advanced opportunities for women across the finance industry.

The Americas Industry Leadership Award honors an exceptional leader whose achievements have shaped the finance industry and expanded opportunities for women.

Since joining Acadian in 2009, Kelly Young has helped drive the firm’s global growth and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2023. She is recognized for her leadership, industry impact, and commitment to advancing women in finance.

25th Anniversary Awards

In recognition of this milestone anniversary, 100 Women in Finance will honor three leaders whose contributions reflect the organization’s history, mission, and continued commitment to investing in women.

The Legacy Builder Award recognizes an individual whose extraordinary dedication, leadership, and longstanding commitment have helped shape and strengthen 100 Women in Finance.

Elaine’s distinguished career and leadership have made an enduring impact on the alternative investment industry and the professionals who have followed in her footsteps. Through years of service and advocacy, she has also made a lasting contribution to our organization, our mission, and our global community.

The Trailblazer Award celebrates a former 100 Women in Finance grant recipient whose career exemplifies our mission and demonstrates the transformative impact of investing in women.

Seema has helped build a powerful pipeline of talent and expand opportunities for women entering investment management. Through her continued leadership, innovation, and advocacy, she is creating new opportunities for future generations of women in finance.

The Trailblazer Award celebrates a former 100 Women in Finance grant recipient whose career exemplifies our mission and demonstrates the transformative impact of investing in women.

The Champion of Change Award honors an industry leader whose vision, influence, and actions have meaningfully advanced opportunities for women in finance.
