For 25 years, 100 Women in Finance has honored and elevated women’s leadership across global finance. The New York Gala is a signature celebration of that impact, bringing together senior leaders for an evening of connection, recognition, and purpose.
As one of 100WF’s premier fundraising events, the Gala convenes approximately 450 senior professionals and features the annual Americas Industry Leadership Award.

Kelly is Chief Executive Officer of Acadian Asset Management, where she leads the firm’s global strategy and business operations. Since joining Acadian in 2009, she has held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing client service, business development, and product strategy worldwide.
With more than two decades of experience across asset management and global investing, Kelly has held senior leadership positions at SGAM Alternative Investments, Northern Trust Global Investments, and Barclays Global Investors. She serves on Acadian’s Board of Managers, Executive Management Team, and Executive Committee and is both a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
